Canadian online gambling software provider, Cryptologic, have bought the online poker room operated by Scandinavian betting exchange Parbet.com for 9 million Euros!

CryptoLogic has paid 9 million Euros for the brand and assets. Further additional amounts (about 4 million Euros) will be paid, depending on the performance over a six-month period. The deal will come in to effect by Monday January 15 2007.

CryptoLogic will expect the deal to add approximately £1 million to it’s 2007 earnings.
